Yeah I wish we could f#@ing cuss the sh#t out of this bitch! Anyways, don't switch to iOS, that's the devil's OS! Don'T go to the dark side! The Samsung Galaxy S7 is a great phone in terms of video quality, but the Nexus 6P kills it too. I have an LG G4, and the I love the camera on it, the phone has other issues, but that 's an other matter. The LG V10 and the new G5 is awesome in the the camera department, and so is the Huawei P9. The thing is that Beme on Android is not a native app. It's an iOS port, and is patched to fu#k to work. They where lazy not to build a fully native Android app from scratch, and that is one of the reasons the camera quality is bad on some phones. If you want your phone to work best on Beme go with a Samsung. Probably because Casey has a sh#t load of Samsung phones the guys at the office test on those. It's an educated guess... What is not a guess though, that I tested Beme on several phones now, and the old pile of crap Samsung Galaxy S3 beat a way newer LG G3 S. So I really thing that Beme seems to be optimized for Samsungs on Android, and for that dumb sh&tty iCrap of course...

Oh yeah, the distortion on your phone comes from the camera being a wide angle lens. Try to hold it straight and level to your face. If you hold it above or below your face at an angle, it will distort. It's like this with most of the front facing cameras, because they are usually wide ange to be able to take a wider shot, because they re usually closer to your face.

Well, if I put it on a higher angle, it looks better, but if I put the camera straight it makes me look wide....like it stretches my image horizontally. However, I've noticed when I do reactions, I look normal, not stretched or anything. Not sure why it's okay during reactions and not regular filming?

Well if you're getting a new phone this won't be an issue
